I bought this rack about 6 months ago for myself and my teenage boys. This thing is sturdy and smooth. I can”t stand pulley systems that are rough and flimsy and this has surpassed all expectations. I can work every muscle group and do it from home. You can”t beat this rack on price, quality and functionality. A commercial gym piece of equipment at a reasonable price. I would 100% recommend.
